Programme/Project Management - PPL has successfully delivered major projects to clients from within or external to the client. Key to this success has been our ability to pro-actively manage both business and technical issues

Business Architecture Analysis - PPL provides consultancy services to various clients covering telecommunications and transport industries. It has worked with operators and vendors for studies ranging from strategic planning/business case evaluations. PPL has used various techniques including RUP and SSADM and many client variants thereof. Our independence ensures unbiased recommendations, accompanied by realistic and cost effective solutions based on our practical experience.

Process Definition - PPL provides services to support clients in evaluating and developing their business processes to support changes in strategy and to enhance new system implementation.

Tender Process Support – PPL provides a follow on service from the business analysis/requirements definition to research and evaluate options to meet the client needs/requirements. This has ranged from managing the tender process and developments to assisting and supporting client staff on an as required basis.

Technical Design - PPL provides services to develop Business Requirements into a system definition for development. PPL can support system use case definition, architecture design and data management.

Test Development - PPL has experience in designing test specifications for both software and hardware functional and system level tests. These can be automated or manual depending on the high or low volume production environments. PPL provides specialist expertise in test definition, execution and generation of tests, conformance, and acceptance and inter-working tests.
